A goal of the initial event is to create a competition that becomes an annual event in Aspen; continuing providing funding to local organizations that bring their love and compassion, to improve the lives of cancer victims.

Pathfinders for Cancer provides critical financial and emotional support to cancer patients and their families in the Roaring Fork and Grand Valleys. From covering treatment costs to connecting patients with local resources, Pathfinders ensures no one faces cancer alone.
The Shining Stars Foundation
The Shining Stars Foundation brings joy, hope, and healing to children and families battling serious illness. Through programs that celebrate life and create lasting memories, Shining Stars reminds families that even in the hardest moments, light can still shine through.

One hundred percent of net proceeds from entry fees, sponsorships, and donations go directly to Pathfinders for Cancer and The Shining Stars Foundation. Every dollar raised stays in our community — funding treatment support, family programs, and hope.
